As many may or may not be aware, the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) has issued revised rules under 1910.269 and 1926 Subpart V. e-hazard has put together a page by page comparison of the changes in 1910.269 and we have included it here for your reference. Please note that many vendors and suppliers are compiling their own controlling documents, but OSHA is the ruling authority for such interpretation and application of its language.
